A Timeline of Intention

Some businesses begin with a plan.
Ours began with a feeling.

Before Social Beans

Long before Social Beans Co. existed, coffee was already part of my life — not as a product, but as a ritual.

As a stylist for over a decade, my work has always been rooted in presence, detail, and how something feels. Coffee naturally became part of that rhythm. It was grounding. Familiar. A quiet constant in between moments of movement.

Over time, I began to see it differently.

Not just as something we consume —
but as something that holds space.

2025 — The Brand Is Born

In March 2025, my father passed away.

He was a community builder at heart — someone who brought people together effortlessly. His presence shaped how I understand connection, and his absence reshaped how I choose to create it.

Social Beans Co. was born in that space.

What started as grief became something else:
a way to create beauty, gathering, and meaning — in real time, with real people.

From the beginning, this was never meant to be just a coffee cart.
It was meant to be a vessel for connection.

Building the Experience

As the idea took form, so did the experience.

We introduced Seattle’s first mobile shaken latte concept — inspired by cocktail culture, designed for movement, and rooted in sensory detail.

From there, the brand evolved into something more layered:

  • Custom-crafted shaken lattes
  • Thoughtfully curated menus
  • Cold foam designed for both taste and visual storytelling
  • Printed pours using Ripple Maker technology
  • Branded elements that extend beyond the cup

Every detail became intentional.

“Because for us, coffee isn’t the product — it’s the medium.”

Finding Community

As Social Beans Co. grew, so did our presence within the Seattle events ecosystem.

What began as participation quickly became involvement.

Today, we are proud to be part of:

  • NACE Seattle, where I serve as Social Media & Marketing Chair
  • WISE Seattle (Women in Sports + Entertainment)
  • MPI (Meeting Professionals International)
  • UW Foster School Consulting & Business Development Center’s Chinatown International District & Little Saigon Market Access Council

These spaces have allowed us to connect with planners, creatives, and leaders who are actively shaping how events are experienced.

Social Beans is not just showing up in these rooms —
we are building within them.

Purpose Beyond the Pour

Community has always been at the heart of this work.

Through our ongoing efforts, we’ve begun to shape what will become Memorysteam™ — a space dedicated to storytelling, remembrance, and Alzheimer’s awareness.

My father was diagnosed during COVID and given five to eight years. We were given five. In that time, our family experienced something rare: presence.

That experience now lives inside the brand.

Through thoughtfully aligned partnerships, Social Beans Co. continues to explore how hospitality can hold space for gathering, and for memory.

Building the System Behind the Experience

What looks effortless is anything but.

Behind every activation is a system:

  • Cart design and flow optimization
  • Equipment calibration and drink consistency
  • Labeling systems and pre-batched production
  • QR-driven guest interaction and feedback loops
  • Seamless load-in, setup, and service execution

Every detail has been tested, refined, and rebuilt — again and again.

“Because excellence isn’t accidental. It’s designed.”

2026 — A Season of Momentum

This year marks a turning point.

In April, Social Beans Co. steps into two major industry moments:

📅 April 16 — WIPA Mastermind at Bell Harbor Convention Center
📅 April 29 — Northwest Event Show (NWES)

These are more than events.

They represent:

  • Visibility within the industry
  • Trust from our community
  • A shift from emerging presence to established experience partner

With each activation, we continue to refine how we show up — not just as a vendor, but as part of the experience itself.

What We’re Building

Social Beans Co. exists at the intersection of luxury hospitality, storytelling, and community.

We create spaces where:

  • People pause
  • Conversations begin
  • Moments feel intentional

From corporate environments and brand activations to private gatherings, our work is rooted in one belief:

“Connection should be felt — not forced.”

What’s Next

We are just beginning.

More collaborations.
More community.
More opportunities to create something meaningful in the middle of movement.

If you’ve found us through an event — welcome.
If you’re discovering us for the first time — we’re glad you’re here.

We believe every pour tells a story.
Yours deserves to be one of them.
