What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?

Book Now

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel:
    • Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full credit of the deposit, redeemable towards a future event. Non-transferable and subject to availability.
    • 15–29 days in advance receive a partial credit (50% of your deposit). Non-transferable and subject to availability.
    • Cancellations made under 30 days forfeit the deposit in full.

We’re a small-batch experience with limited availability, so each date we hold is intentionally reserved for you.

Can we customize our drinks?

Book Now

Absolutely. Each client chooses their drink lineup in advance — including flavor syrups, cold foams, Ripple Maker messages or initials, and more. For brand activations, agencies and weddings custom cart wraps and cup printing are available.

Do you offer matcha or non-coffee options?

Book Now

Yes. Our ceremonial matcha shaken latte, nitro brew matcha, and decaf options are available. Let us know in advance so we can customize your lineup.

Do you need anything from us the day-of?

Book Now

Just access to a standard power outlet (and flat ground for the cart). We handle everything else — from setup to cleanup.
